Bruh, you’re def not alone. Chai’s been all whack lately. Bots lag, convos randomly freeze, or straight-up crash. Sometimes they tell me my message is “too long” when it’s two words? 
Also, noticed sometimes you can’t even log in or the bots just won’t respond at all. Lots of people on Twitter and Reddit are complaining, so it isn’t just you.
Honestly, the devs drop updates every so often, but sometimes it just breaks more stuff. Only thing that kinda helps is uninstalling and reinstalling, or clearing the app’s cache but that’s just a band-aid. If you’re on an older phone or Android, it’s even buggier, for real.
If you need actual convos with bots, might wanna try something else until Chai sorts their life out. But yeah, seems like EVERYONE’s struggling rn. Just keep spamming support and hope they get their act together.
